Our Shipping Policy

Chocolate is a delicate product—especially handcrafted, preservative-free chocolate like ours. We take great care to pack every order with the right materials and follow strict industry best practices to help ensure your chocolates arrive fresh and in perfect condition.

We monitor weather and carrier routes in real time and include the necessary insulation, cold packs, crush-proof padding, and “perishable/fragile” labels when needed (especially in warmer months). Please discard or recycle these materials when possible. We do not use dry ice.

Where We Ship
We ship only within the continental United States and cannot ship to PO Boxes. A complete street address (including suite or apartment number) is required to ensure the fastest delivery time.

Delivery Timing
Orders placed before 12:00 PM (noon) Central Time on Monday through Wednesday will ship the same business day.

Orders placed after 12:00 PM ship the following business day, as long as that day falls on Monday through Wednesday.

We ship Monday through Wednesday only. This helps prevent packages from sitting in a carrier warehouse over the weekend, when temperatures can fluctuate and carriers do not operate.

Orders placed on Thursday, Friday, Saturday, or Sunday will ship the following Monday.

Receiving Your Order
Because chocolate can melt when left outside, please track your shipment and bring it indoors as soon as it is delivered. Our packages do not require a signature.

Incorrect Addresses & Returned Packages
If the shipping address provided is incorrect, or the recipient is no longer at that location, the package will be returned to us. We will, in most cases, cover the carrier-imposed $25 return fee, but we are unable to issue refunds for these returns.

Delivery Estimates
During checkout, delivery dates shown are estimates based on weather, distance, carrier performance, and other factors. Occasionally, packages may arrive earlier or later than estimated due to circumstances outside our control.

Gifts & Coordination
If you are sending a gift, we recommend informing the recipient so they know to expect a perishable delivery.

Refunds & Responsibility
We cannot offer refunds for shipping delays caused by weather, mechanical issues, or carrier-related disruptions. We are also not responsible for packages that are stolen or damaged after they have been delivered to the address provided.
