When will my chocolates arrive?
We ship Monday to Wednesday. Orders placed before 2:00 PM (Houston time) ship the same day.
Orders placed after this deadline are shipped the following Monday, to avoid heat exposure in courier warehouses.
Will my chocolates melt during transit?
No. We monitor the weather and use insulated, weather-proof packaging when needed, to protect your chocolates.
Please bring the box indoors as soon as possible upon delivery.
Do your chocolates contain preservatives?
No. Our chocolates are free from preservatives and artificial additives — made to preserve the pure, authentic flavor of real cacao.
How long will my chocolates stay fresh?
For best taste, enjoy within 2 weeks of receiving them.
Macarons: up to 3 days.
Solid items (bars, covered fruits and other treats): up to 5 weeks.
Are your products Halal, Kosher, or Gluten-Free?
We are not Halal or Kosher certified. We do not use ingredients that contain gluten but cross-contamination may occur.
Do you offer local delivery in Houston?
Yes. We deliver within 6 miles of any of our locations, usually in about 2 hours.
Can you guarantee an exact delivery time or a time window?
No. Delivery schedules and routes are managed directly by our shipping partners (UPS and FedEx). Once shipped, timing is beyond our control.
